01 / Processing Times
We make it, then we move it.

Your order is made just for you - so we take a moment to get it right. Fulfilment typically takes 1 business day, but during high-volume periods, please allow up to 3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

🕐 Note: Processing time is not the same as shipping time. The countdown starts after fulfilment is complete.

You may receive your tracking link quickly (within ~3 days), followed by a brief pause while your parcel is in air transit and awaiting USPS processing. This is completely normal and is a result of recent trade developments. Stick to our estimate.

REST OF WORLD

— Remote Regions: Please allow up to 30 days

Delivery timelines vary by location and local carrier. If it’s been more than 21+ days since you order was shipped and it still hasn’t arrived, please email us - we’ll help.

03 / Customs + Duties

  • 98% of orders pay no customs - we take care of this before we dispatch your order, if its required ♡

A very small number of international orders may incur customs duties or local taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

04 / Lost or Damaged Orders


It’s rare, but if your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us promptly. We’ll work with the shipping provider to resolve it. That said, we can’t take responsibility for lost or mishandled packages.
